据指控，Publicon Sport所开具的共计40690239兹罗提的发票并非基于实际业务交易，而波兰足球协会却在增值税申报中利用这些非法发票进行抵扣，导致国家增值税收入遭受损失。此举涉嫌违反《税务刑法典》第56条第一款关于税务欺诈的规定，相关责任人可能面临巨额罚款、监禁，或两者同时执行的处罚。

在提交的举报文件中，Publicon Sport公司的管理者被明确指认，然而，检察机关透露，截至目前，尚未明确界定应承担刑事责任的个人范围，调查工作正致力于查明波兰足球协会及其公司内部哪些成员需对相关事件负责。

Since August 2022, Publicon Sport has been collaborating with the Polish Football Association, specializing in securing sponsorship deals. This venture is managed by the business enterprise owned by the entrepreneur Radosław Tadajewski. The two parties entered into an intermediary agreement in February 2023, stipulating that the company is entitled to a monthly payment of 150,000 zlotys as a guaranteed fee. Additionally, the company is set to receive a commission of 13% on the sponsorship proceeds and 25% on the licensing revenue, ensuring a minimum annual income of over 4.4 million zlotys.

然而，Maspex、Fakro以及波兰啤酒公司等众多足球协会的赞助商均声明，Publicon Sport并未在合作过程中扮演中介角色。不仅如此，一笔原定于2022年5月签订的InPost赞助协议，该时间点早于双方合作的确立，也被认定涉及了不当的佣金抽取。

Since December 2025, the prosecutor's office has been accumulating at least 19 complaints pertaining to the partnership. In August 2026, the Warsaw-Ochota District Prosecutor's Office initiated an inquiry into the suspected misuse of duty and the resultant financial loss of at least 4 million zlotys for the football association. On October 14th, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau of Poland (CBA) conducted a surprise raid on the Polish Football Association headquarters, seizing evidence such as joint collaboration documents and mobile phones of the association's management. Subsequently, the case was handed over to the anti-corruption task force in Szczecin. Currently, the tax fraud leads have been incorporated into the same investigation, with a single investigative thread now encompassing both financial wastage and tax crimes.
