The preliminary discussions that precede the approval process of a plan are a standard procedure, designed to facilitate communication and exploration between applicants and planning officials before the formal submission of their proposals. These discussions serve to clarify key planning aspects and offer guidance on relevant policies and requirements; however, they do not guarantee that the final formal application will be approved or endorsed.
